ABOUT MICHELLE TEPFENHART

For most of my career, I have directed comprehensive supply chain and sustainability programs across the globe for a well-regarded Fortune 500 consumer packaged goods company. More recently I have leveraged my Masters in Cyber security and program management experience to lead cyber programs delivering OT security. I am also a champion for initiating change initiatives, improving processes, reducing costs, and ensuring the best customer experience. My role also entails me being a collaborative partner and advisor to the leadership team, customers, peers, and team members located in North America, Latin America, Europe, Asia, and India, Middle East, and Africa (IMEA). My other strengths include logistics, risk mitigation, strategic planning, forecasting, cyber security and quality assurance.Additionally, I am a Professor of Practice at Johnson & Wales University, where I teach and mentor graduate students in the Engineering Management and Logistics Master\'s Program, sharing my knowledge and insights on supply chain sustainability, manufacturing process improvement, cyber security, and systemic thinking. My passion and mission are to create positive impact and value for the planet, people, and business through innovation, collaboration, and education.
