ABOUT ELLE HENDERSON

Throughout my progressive career driving cross-functional project and program operations, I’ve worked diligently to develop my reputation as a forward-thinking and strategically minded leader that is team orientated, goal and process driven. I am credited with driving transformational change within highly regulated industry sectors which has come through extreme discipline, risk taking, and solid strategic vision. As a Disciplined Agile Senior Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Master, SAFe® 5 Program Consultant, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt I consistently and effectively “bring order to chaos” and reduce complex problems down to the root cause, while working with diverse internal and external teams to organize and execute large scale solutions. I began my leadership career in administrative roles in a regional court system and then utilized the operational and project management experience into national and global project leadership roles for a large-scale marketer of beauty products. I expertly managed client implementations, data conversions and internal software development release cycles. I then transferred skills to Younique, LLC where I managed IT/Development, and enterprise wide organizational projects, local and national vendors. I learned a balance of operations, quality, client success, teamwork, risk management and utilizing emerging technologies that ultimately set a trajectory of optimizing operational performance to reach successful business outcomes. As part of the overall client-focused approach, I led development of new staff training and workflow processes that maximized performance and productivity in several areas. Key Contributions: Leveraging Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, and Hybrid Project Management acumen, ensure high-quality delivery and implementation of business critical, cross-functional projects for consumer-oriented organizations- Significantly improve throughput and velocity through development of key process improvements designed to address gaps in efficiency, workflow, and productivity- Hold multiple industry certifications including SAFe® Program Consultant, and executive credentials in management and leadership- Expert level knowledge and application of project management systems including Workfront, JIRA, Smartsheet, Asana, Lucidchart, and Lucidscale. One key to my success is my devotion and advocacy for personal and professional development.
