Accountable for the administrative activities related to the overall general operation of the Peterborough site. This includes the establishment, development and maintenance of documentation and systems support (SAP management) necessary to execute, deliver and report on the associated projects and overhead activities• Managing and supporting processes and actions with all Group Business Services supporting the site activities that require urgent resolution and escalation. This includes working with multiple departments and GBS stakeholder related to AP, AR, GBS people services and other external groups• Supporting Site Program Integrated Program Teams with Administrative functions such as generating requisitions, supporting emergent and expedited requests, supporting employee recruiting and on-boarding, as well a program financial analysis• Works with HR, People Services and timekeeping staff to ensure hours are correct and that payroll is processed (hourly and salary) accurately for all Canadian employees in accordance with Canadian Law• Ensures that Rolls-Royce complies with federal, provincial withholding (depositing and reporting – including end of employment ROE’s, yearend tax reporting on T4/T4A ) requirements including issuing timely and accurate pay checks, maintaining adequate records of all data and transactions, responding to employee questions, resolving issues and assuring privacy of all payroll related records with high level of customer service• Prepares a variety of statistical and other reports as requested internally and externally and be able to analyse information to ensure correct data is supplied (general ledger entries, internal/external audit and other support)• Develop a system for project costing analysis to be able to verify correct project settlement and analyse actuals against budget
