As the owner of Elite Medical, I inspired my team in achieving above industry standards. We maintained 32-50 Days in insurance A/R (depending on the specialty) when industry standards are 45 days, Denial Rate-<0.9%, Insurance A/R-<10% for 60-120 day buckets (industry standard is 120 days), and Collection Rate->95% for over two decades.
