ABOUT MICHELLE STEINBRECHER

As Senior Product Manager, Consumables at Nanosonics, I lead the U.S. strategy and execution for a portfolio of infection prevention consumables that support ultrasound probe reprocessing in healthcare settings. I bring over a decade of experience in urology and medical device product management, combining commercial insight with clinical understanding to deliver high-quality, customer-centric solutions that support both patient safety and business growth.In my current role, I am the subject matter expert and primary contact for all aspects of the consumables business in the U.S—including forecasting, pricing strategy, product lifecycle management, and sales enablement. I work cross-functionally with marketing, commercial, logistic, and operations teams to drive profitability, support field teams, and introduce new product offerings and bundled solutions. Previously, I supported and helped grow urology-focused product portfolios at BK Medical and KARL STORZ Endoscopy-America, gaining deep experience in upstream and downstream product management, clinical applications, and customer engagement. I’ve developed marketing tools, coordinated product launches, and contributed to cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing the customer experience.I’m passionate about bringing practical, high-quality solutions to market and collaborating with teams that share a commitment to improving patient care.
