An insurance professional with more than 15years of experience. As Vice President and Data Scientist at Travelers, I am so very fortunate to lead the Personal Insurance Product & Pricing Data Science team. We, as a team, are responsible for the development and delivery of advanced analytic solutions around pricing and underwriting segmentation, credit, and product monitoring and support models. I work to set the vision, help remove roadblocks, and push the team to continue to think differently and keep moving forward. I love working on developing opportunities for folks to thrive and explore always looking at how an opportunity aligns with their development needs and goals. In my past roles, I have also lead part of the Claim Research team at Travelers focused on the lines of business (Auto, Home, Workers Compensation, and General Liability) data science needs. Prior to this role, I played more of a manager or individual contributor role building and supporting the implementation of predictive models.
