As a Salesforce certified Administrator, I leveraged my transferable 20+years of consulting and developer experience to provide high-quality support and problem-solving skills to a broad span of clients. I am a customer-focused and solution-oriented professional who thrives on solving complex problems and delivering excellent quality.In my previous role, I handled escalations and incidents of product bugs, worked closely with the engineering and product teams, and automated tasks using CumulusCI and GitHub actions. I am passionate about learning and growing with the ever-changing technology, and I enjoy collaborating and brainstorming with colleagues. I value customer satisfaction, quality, and teamwork, and I aim to provide the best support and solutions for my clients and company. I am also a Rad Women alumna, with a strong interest in agile methodologies and DevOps. I have true grit when it comes to a growth mindset, sticking to goals when times are difficult, and fueling my drive forward from my passion to learn. I have performed roles that extend beyond typical admin roles, and therefore have a wide variety of knowledge and expertise. I enjoy the challenges of grinding through complex scenarios, helping colleagues resolve mysterious error codes, and thrive on the success of my peers. Outside of work, I am a proud single mom of two amazing daughters. BOTH play soccer for their colleges. I am a fan of college football, NFL football, the beach and just being outside soaking in the sun.
