About Michelle Russell

I was hired on at W.W. Grainger in February 2008. I started as a CSA and worked my way up. Within a matter of months I was approached about Appling for the STL position. I applied for this position and received it. I was STL from 2008 until 2011. I decided that I wanted to learn more about the outside sales part of Grainger so i ventured to the Keep stock side. I became OSSA in 2011 and assisted the Y7 District OSSC\'s in all of their clerical duties and spreadsheets. In 2014 I became an OSSC on site at Georgia Pacific Paper in Crossett, Ar. In 2015 I moved back to Monroe to continue my role as OSSC for the surrounding areas. I then was promoted to a Field Account Representative Servicing the Shreveport and Monroe areas. I was then promoted to Commercial Account Manager, I spent a little over a year in this roll and then took on a BRN Manager roll in Little Rock, Ar. and I am looking forward to the next adventure. I have learned so much in each area of Grainger and I am looking forward to learning so much more. I have a great drive for success and accomplishing my goals. I give 110 % to everything I do no matter the job. I am a giver and love to help support our children. I support many charities and love the sport of Disc Golf and Billards.
