About Michelle Rose
As a contractor working part-time, Michelle provides marketing operations support to two groups within Accenture Marketing + Communications: 1) the internal creative agency called Accenture Canvas and 2) the Agency Relations team for external agencies. For both teams she helps screen and interview candidates to help progress the recruiting process for new talent. She also supports the team leads by helping with special projects and business operations processes. In her most recent employee role at Accenture, Michelle led a global team of marketing project managers in the Accenture Delivery Excellence Agency Operations team. The project management team contributed to the delivery of marketing assets via the company\'s internal agency called Accenture Creative. Prior to this role, she fostered relationships with and provided staffing solutions for Accenture marketing & communications teams who needed additional manpower to run marketing programs. She focused on identifying the right marketing resource with the right skills to optimize marketing solutions and outcomes. Her previous Accenture marketing roles included marketing services account director and geographic marketing lead for Accenture\'s US central region among others work in geographic marketing and image development. Michelle joined the company in 1998 (then Arthur Andersen), moved into Andersen Consulting a few years later and continued when it became Accenture in 2001. Across this stretch of time, she developed a strong background in marketing operations, image development, internal communications and corporate communications. Prior to Accenture, Michelle worked with the advertising agency Carmichael Lynch where she held a public relations and communications role focused on promoting the agency\'s brand and successes to the regional ad industry.
