As an intern, I saw O3\'s optimistic and creative approach to retirement consulting and knew this was both the company and career for me. As a consultant, I work with a variety of retirement plans including market-rate cash balance plans, frozen pension plans, and non-qualified plans. Being a part of the design, implementation and maintenance of diverse clients enables me to fully understand the importance of keeping retirement plans safe and secure. I am currently pursuing the designation of the Associate of the Society of Actuaries.
