ABOUT MICHELLE RODRIGUEZ
I am currently working in project coordination and operations at Rodriguez Marble & Granite, a San Jose-based stone fabrication and installation company serving residential and commercial clients across the Bay Area.In my role, I support the management and execution of marble, granite, and quartz projects from initial planning through installation. This includes coordinating schedules, communicating with contractors and clients, assisting with on-site measurements, and helping ensure projects are completed accurately and on time.I enjoy working in fast-paced, hands-on environments where communication, organization, and problem-solving are key. I take pride in supporting smooth project execution and maintaining strong relationships with contractors, clients, and installation teams.I am continuing to build my skills in project coordination, construction operations, and business management with a long-term goal of growing into leadership within the construction and contracting industry.As a Year Up United alumnus, I also gained foundational professional training in workplace communication, technical tools like Microsoft Office, and project-based work environments that continue to support my growth today.
