After working in the real estate industry for over 25 years, I noticed that my comrades were constantly being preyed upon by larger nationwide lenders and other companies that simply did not have their best interest in mind. Aiming to put an end to this, I founded Veterans Housing Network. The only nationwide, Veteran to Veteran real estate referral network. At VHN, we also focus on educating the military population about the home buying process, how to use their VA disability and BAH to buy a home, and how to set out on the path to the American dream, home ownership.People move for a variety of reasons. One of my strengths, as a real estate professional, is in attentively listening to the needs of my clients and responding swiftly with their highest and best interest at heart. I know our local market, I study the trends, and I am constantly in front of the movement.After serving our country, overseas, in the military, I have learned to effectively support and work with many different clients. I am a tough negotiator, a diligent hard worker, and I will do whatever it takes to ensure that my clients interest are taken care of. I ensure they are able to move in the direction they want - whether it\'s home ownership, investing, relocation, or selling. I enjoy the exciting diversity that comes with each new scenario and transaction.One of my greatest passions is helping the men, women, and their families that have served and are serving our country. A home is more than an investment. It is security. It is purpose. It is comfort. It is a haven to rest. and no one understands what a Veteran is looking for more than another military veteran. Since serving in Operation Desert Storm, I understand Veterans. I am nimble to maneuver through the VA Loan Process and won\'t settle for mediocrity. I fiercely protect my clients interests and support them throughout the entire process.I have also been heavily involved with the marketing and sales of luxury homes and ranches in Colorado. I love representing the hard working people that make our country amazing! Ranchers and Farmers are the backbone on domestic soil. I have traveled the nation and the world and I am able to meet the needs of a diversity of families and investors to ensure life long relationships and superior results. I have a great team throughout Colorado and the US and I personally love to assist clients on the Western Slope of Colorado and Fort Collins, CO area. Tired of the predatory nature of many companies in the real estate industry, we have identified a solution. We pair active duty military personnel and Veterans with a Veteran real estate agent that will understand their needs best and help them obtain a VA Loan from a local expert. 10% of proceeds are then donated back into the local Veteran community.
