ABOUT MICHELLE CHELLE RIEKER

I was raised in Southwest Louisiana or Sportsman\'s Paradise as it is locally known. Living in the south has given me the opportunity to learn and develop on what hard work really is all about, never give up, push through the hard times, always give others the respect that you would want in return, and the most important thing of all.family. I feel that learning these traits has given me the tools to excel in my career of Management and Business. After moving to Las Vegas in 2007 due to Hurricane Katrina, I\'ve learned to think outside of the box. Being Southern, I sometimes found it very difficult to relate to the different lifestyle from the people who grew up on the West Coast. Life seems to move at a faster speed and the opportunities that become available are endless. Overall, it\'s been a great adventure and quite \"eye-opening\"​ experience being a part of the Hotel Industry. Plus, I\'ve had the pleasure to work along side and learn from some of the best people in the industry here in Las Vegas. I have become such a strong individual with the luck of creating such a happy and successful journey in this industry. I have so many career goals that I want to accomplish and I will continue on my journey in hopes to fulfill them one day.
