About Michelle Richardson
I lead marketing and sales at Yisda, working across growth, product, and operations to help secure critical infrastructure in energy, water, and industrial environments.I worked closely with Yisda leadership and the Government of Utah on efforts to protect state water systems and was involved in work that supported a state level contract to secure Utah’s water infrastructure. I regularly collaborate with utilities, energy operators, and public sector leaders to align cybersecurity strategy with operational reality, regulatory expectations, and real world risk.In addition to commercial leadership, I designed and built the operator facing UI/UX for Yisda’s primary cloaking platform, helping shape how users interact with the product in real world industrial environments. My focus was on secure workflows that are intuitive, practical, and usable in live operations.I also lead Yisda’s thought leadership and market education efforts and have been recognized for innovation, design, and leadership, including multiple Best of State awards, Top 50 Women Leaders of Utah honors, and features in national business and leadership publications.I am also the founder of Proper Seven, with a background in fine art, design, and UI/UX that shapes how I approach systems, storytelling, and brand clarity.
