Hospitality On The Beach is a 7 day drum & bass holiday uniting like minded ravers from around the world to the beautiful shores of Tisno in Croatia With four stages & boat parties, you can fully immerse in DnB from across the spectrum; from liquid and rollers to jungle soundtracked by Hybrid Minds, Netsky, Kings Of The Rollers & Camo & Krooked.Key responsibilities included:• Overseeing artist logistics from travel, accommodation and on-site coordination• Managing guest services, accreditation, artist riders and backstage operations• Liaising with venues, production teams, and local suppliers to ensure smooth delivery across multiple stages and venues• Coordinating transport schedules, advancing artist requirements, and solving real time issues under pressure
