ABOUT MICHELLE RAKOCZY
I lead with clarity, directness, and care. With nearly two decades in higher education IT, I’ve learned that building the right systems starts with building up the right people. I’m passionate about modernizing IT services, managing complex projects, and creating cultures where teams are not only empowered - but respected.I believe in setting up structures that last: strategic roadmaps, documented processes, servant leadership models, and clear expectations. I’m a people developer first, a visionary second—because nothing moves without the team behind it.Whether I’m aligning campuses on a shared service or helping staff navigate career paths, my goal is simple: Make things better than they were before. That’s what drives me.Specialties:Strategic IT Planning • Organizational Change • Team Development • Staff Culture • Project Leadership • Higher Ed Tech • Cross-System Collaboration
