I have a background in Finance and Accounting and over the course of my career, I’ve built a well-rounded foundation by working across every line on the P&L at different stages. I’ve been through two acquisitions, which gave me valuable experience in change management, integration, and aligning financial processes across organizations. In addition to core financial responsibilities, I’ve also been heavily involved in system implementations and upgrades — ensuring we have the right tools in place to support accurate reporting and efficiency. Along the way, I’ve had the opportunity to manage teams, which I’ve really enjoyed, especially mentoring and helping others grow.
