I lead the Department of Talent Development & Learning for Virginia Housing and am blessed to have 8 talented team members that include instructional designers, talent development generalists, and specialists, and an event planner. My team provides consulting services, designing and developing training curriculum, supporting technical and soft skills training, and managing learning management systems, across the organization and for outside partners that support our mission. Internally we support the Leadership Development Program, the Emerging Leaders Program and the Program Support Trainee Program among others. Externally we are providing learning opportunities to our business partners and new homeowners and renters. I am the Talent Development lead on enterprise-wide project management teams and took a class on Organizational Leadership and Project Management Exam Prep (PMP) from John Hopkins University. My doctorate is in Educational Leadership and Organizational Innovation from Marymount University, and my dissertation is entitled \"Growing Our Future Leaders: Emerging Leadership Development Curriculum Design For Generation Z.\"Virginia Housing is a mission-driven organization where every decision goes back to our mission of helping Virginians attain quality, affordable housing.
