About Michelle Pletch

I lead strategic solution development at ELB Learning, partnering closely with sales teams and clients to design solutions that align business goals, learner needs, and execution realities. My work sits at the intersection of strategy, client engagement, and delivery. I collaborate with Account Executives to scope and shape opportunities, guide clients through solution design, and ensure that what we propose can be successfully executed at scale. Previously, as a Senior Learning Strategist, I worked directly with clients to define learning and performance solutions, refine engagement models between sales, strategy, and production teams, and ensure consistency from concept through delivery. In my current role as Vice President of Strategic Solutions, I serve on the Sales Leadership team, help steer the strategic direction of the organization, and oversee proposal development while continuing to support complex client engagements. My background spans K-12 and adult education, instructional design, and leadership, which allows me to balance learning science, business priorities, and operational constraints. I’m particularly focused on creating solutions that are practical, scalable, and aligned to measure outcomes.
