Real Estate, Facilities, Corporate Safety\\\\nBegan at Mr. Cooper as a Facilities Coordinator, was promoted to Workplace Services Manager within one year, and the next year promoted to AVP of Workplace Services; promoted again to Vice President, Workplace Services in 2021. Managed a team of 20 nationwide facility managers, facility coordinators, designers and space planners, along with a nationwide real estate portfolio of more than 2 million square feet, annual facility budgeting of $20M, and an annual rent expense of $35M. Other duties included relationship management with vendors, subcontractors, brokers and internal customers including the executive team; managed all corporate real estate and facilities operations needs; lead discussions, presented strategic plans, and provided recommendations to senior and executive management; lead real estate negotiations and deals in conjunction with brokers and legal team; managed monthly rent payment process; identified opportunities for the department to work more efficiently and cost effectively.\\\\nDeveloped the CAFM database (utilized by our entire organization) to manage facility maintenance tickets, space planning, seat assignments, moves, visitor management, asset tracking, etc, thereby removing all manual processes.\\\\nProject Manager for a foot office building construction renovation & move in Dallas-Ft Worth; the project came in on schedule and $1.1M under budget, and became the model for all future facilities.\\\\nManaged 6+ large real estate acquisitions and performed relative due diligence as part of larger asset or enterprise purchases by the company.\\\\nIncorporated Corporate Safety management and ESG/GHG for Facilities into role in 2020 and 2021, respectively.\\\\nRespected leader, collaborator and business partner; nominated in 2019 for Mr. Cooper’s Cheerleader core value award; nominated in 2022 for Mr. Cooper’s Spirit of Mr. Cooper award.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
