Build and maintain media partnerships for GAI (4 conferences), Women in Ag and Soy & Grain Trade Summit, which includes managing deliverables of graphics and email blasts. Build and maintain relationships with relevant press representatives for our different conference markets.3. Work closely with marketing dept. members and conference directors on the PR needs for each conference and fulfill deliverables, which requires excellent writing, editing, relationship-building and new technology skills. Research, write and produce news releases for each event (minimum of three releases for each conference) and for additional events, such as consultants as keynotes, new clients, new hires, etc. Manage media distribution methods and vendor. Plan, prepare and manage media interviews at the conferences and when needed for other events.7. Press kit writing and preparation for all conferences.8. Website updates as needed for press release inclusion, personnel updates, media partnership additions and other projects. Proofreading and copyediting as needed for consultants’ projects, GAI R&I newsletter and marketing promotional items. Manage external PR consultant on SGTS projects, and others, as required
