Known as “The Glue,” Mish is the driving force behind the firm’s execution, scale, and stability. As Chief Operating Officer, she translates vision into action overseeing enterprise operations, financial strategy, organizational design, and performance management to ensure the firm runs with precision and purpose.Mish partners closely with executive leadership to architect systems, processes, and governance that fuel sustainable growth. Her ability to align people, priorities, and resources enables the firm to move decisively while preserving a strong, values-driven culture.A trusted leader in moments of growth and change, Mish brings clarity to complexity and momentum to strategy. Her leadership style blends data-driven decision-making with emotional intelligence, creating accountability, trust, and high performance across the organization.Beyond her role as COO, Mish is deeply engaged in South Florida’s civic and nonprofit community. She serves as a Public Member of The Florida Bar (Citizens Advisory, Communications, and Advertising Committees) and sits on the Children’s Home Society Miami Regional Board, the ChamberSouth Board of Directors, and the Business Advisory Council for Amigos for Kids. She is also a Judge for the Miami Herald Silver Knight Awards, recognizing exceptional youth leaders across the region.Community leadership is central to who she is. For the past four years, Mish has served as Chair of the Junior Orange Bowl Youth Ambassadors, mentoring Miami’s emerging young leaders. In 2026, she will Chair the Children’s Home Society Be A Champion Derby Black Tie Gala and return as Co-Chair of Amigos Night two marquee events advancing children, families, and community empowerment.Recognized with the 2025 Fifty Shades of Pink RockStar Award from Miami Women Who Rock, Mish is, at her core, a connector, operator, and culture-builder bringing people together to execute, scale, and lead with impact.
