Our Agile Practitioners have deep expertise in Scrum and Agile development. We work with you from a practical focus in managing agile projects, delivering results and the hard metrics to quantify them. All consultants have also functioned as Agile Team Members. Because of our focus on solving Project Management and Software Delivery for large Fortune 500 Clients, we have acquired a great deal of experience tackling common enterprise Agile issues such as scalability, managing distributed teams and developing highly integrated and complex software across a large number of teams. To support highly functioning Agile processes, cPrime helps our clients to best utilize their Agile management software from training to optimization and performance tuning. We work with our clients to optimize software and tools such as the Atlassian Suite (JIRA, JIRA Agile, Confluence), VersionOne, Rally and more.While cPrime delivers a practical approach to Agile, our methods, training and templates are based upon the tenants of the Scrum Alliance. We do not believe that Agile replaces Waterfall but that both methods are powerful and need to coexist. Our Agile services help clients decide when and why to use one method versus the other and how to plan for the inevitable intersection of the two.
