ABOUT MICHELLE PALUZZI
As the Director of Human Resources at Richmond Master Distributors, I lead and coordinate HR and payroll activities for the corporate headquarters, managing multiple companies (3) in different industries (retail and logistics) at 58 different locations. With over seven years of experience in this role, I have developed and implemented policies, plans, and training in various HR functions, such as Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Benefits, Compensation, Performance Management, HRIS Development, Strategic Planning, Learning and Development, and HR Technology!I also support the company\'s restructuring, succession planning, and strategic goals, partnering with the both the Executive Level Team and the Operations Team to achieve business objectives, eliminate obstacles, and provide tools and training as needed for team success.
