Reporting to the Commercial Director. Coordinating end to end Procurement Process and procedures. Primary responsibility for Supply chain onboarding and Subcontractor Management, with core focus of ensuring a future proof resilient subcontractor network. Working as a facilitator across core business team’s, specialists and subject matter experts. Engaging all relevant stakeholders to deliver and ensure a robust adaptive end to end supply chain. Coordinating and writing tender responses for key clients to maximise business growth. Own all Client and Subcontractor Contracts, maintaining accurate repositories for all CCN’s and Change Management requests. Providing real time contract advice to internal stakeholders. Developing contract training for Operational teams to ensure contractual compliance. Reporting to the Managing Director, deliver Specialist projects to drive brand recognition and establish core brand identity within the Telecommunications industry. Projects to date include rebranding, website redesign and brand launch. Key Contributions: Establish Procurement Policy, Process and Strategy aligned to business strategy to maximise growth and ensure sustainability. Establishing Light Source Collaborative working process and policy aligned to ISO44001.
