Lead and develop multi-office team of ~25 product leaders, managers, and analysts focused on accelerating Capital One\'s capacity to protect our card customers and stop fraudsters in their tracks. Partner with Tech (~20 teams, or around ~130 total people), Data Science, and Operations to design and build the technology stack and data infrastructure for our next generation of fraud machine learning models and defenses, along with consumer-grade products to unleash our analysts, data scientists, and customer-facing agents working on Fraud.
