ABOUT MICHELLE MORICO

I\'m a strategist passionate about social justice. I\'ve worked with social businesses, nonprofits, government entities, and foundations to identify problems and gaps in their communications and marketing. My experience working at small nonprofits, small agencies, and bigger agencies means that I\'ve worn many hats across digital and brand strategy, project management, client relations, and operations and team management. I bring an audience- and user-focused lens to every project, learning as much as possible about needs and behavior through qualitative research like stakeholder interviews and focus groups, and quantitative research like analytics analysis and social listening.
