ABOUT MICHELLE MILLER
I am a strategic partner and performance improvement leader creating innovative solutions to improve the organization’s capability to drive business results and enhance employee effectiveness and engagement. My motivation is to bring diverse teams together to understand how we can improve our processes to increase the end user experience, efficiencies, and engagement. I have led teams which have successfully implemented new learning programs and performance solutions to address gaps and future opportunities to grow the business. My team\'s approach is multimodal including micro-learning, podcasts, e-learning, and instructor-led. We use a performance consultant model and partner with our business leaders. In the Talent Management space, my team uses data to improve our hiring results. Our goal is to ensure that we use tactics that are proven and efficient while creating a positive hiring and onboarding experience. I think out of the box and enjoy challenges including large scale change management initiatives. Everyday should be an opportunity to connect with my peers, leaders and team to get feedback and perspectives.
