   Roots ConnectED is a non-profit national professional development organization. We empower educators to create classrooms and schools where children and staff are community builders, critical thinkers, understand biases, and realize their capacity to create change. We work with schools, districts, networks, and organizations through our online workshops, remote and in person institutes, and our in depth coaching model. At our core, our work aims to ensure each individual recognizes the humanity in one another. We want everyone to realize their capacity to make change and build community across lines of difference.In my role as a Strategy Developer and Program Facilitator, I work to: Develop organizational evaluation strategies to monitor performance and determine need for improvements. Manage the scope of work for coaching contracts with schools and districts nationally.Facilitate family and educator workshops throughout the year, on topics including: Critical Literacy, Implicit Bias, Learner Variability and Family Engagement. Create targeted online resource content aligned with our framework for Anti-Bias Education.
