   Regional Vice President of Franchise Performance leads the franchising business model\'s execution by supporting hotel owners throughout the franchise lifecycle by leading a field­-based team of 15 franchise operations business consultants, Area Directors (ADs). The AD team drives system­wide hotel performance improvement and owner satisfaction. It is the RVPs responsibility to create a lively and energizing culture and vision for geographically disbursed team members that aids in driving for results and be viewed by franchisees as trusted advisors. Communication of clear goals and objectives is necessary to ensure team performance. The RVP measures and manages assigned workstreams and holds team members accountable for results. Because of owner support needs and enterprise P&L responsibilities, business acumen and collaboration up, down, and across the organization are critical. The RVP proactively sources, recruits, onboards, and retains top industry talent to builds a team culture of customer focus and support that helps franchisees achieve profitability goals and expected total cost of ownership returns. High interpersonal savvy and quality decision making with conflict resolution skills are necessary.
