With 23 years of experience in the hospitality industry, I bring a strong blend of Business Support, PA, HR and Learning & Development expertise. For over 11 years, I supported a Managing Director as a Personal Assistant, managing diaries, coordinating operations, preparing communications and ensuring the smooth running of a busy office environment.My career has since evolved into HR and L&D, where I currently work as an L&D Administrator. I support training delivery, maintain learning platforms, create engaging internal communications and newsletters, and oversee key projects including intranet management and charity committee activities.I’m confident working both independently and as part of a team, known for my communication skills, organisation, and ability to manage multiple tasks calmly and professionally.
