Key focus is to thoughtfully scale data center logistics network operations to meet high volume and velocity growth in key metros, ensuring reliable sustained Cloud growth, within CapEx and OpEx controls. Currently leading high-performing 3PL service teams responsible for Google Cloud data center logistics ‘last-mile’ supply operations. Involved in defining, establishing and then managing DC-supporting warehousing for responsive JIT materials delivery and timely, efficient onsite logistics operations through reverse materials flow and EOL disposition. Consistently high safety, security and operational performance KPIs. Deep engagement with upstream product engineering and supply chain functions, ML planning, NPI & quality, planning, finance, compliance and remarketing teams. With multiple greenfield and brownfield turn-up successes, I engage regularly with full range of DC support teams [HWops/DCops, construction, facilities, security, infrastructure, network & hardware/software engineering]. Program pillar responsibilities include regional Safety & Security and 3PL program leadership.
