   Provide income calculations, credit reviews and program research to loan officer as requested Pre-UnderwrIte loans for required documentation for the specific loan program to be submitted directly to the underwriter. Request disclosures, appraisals with requested due dates, Bond reservations and occasionally locks. Review and explain disclosures, the loan estimate and Closing Disclosure with the borrower. Scan and itemize documents per company policy along with notes to the file. Communicate with the loan officer, borrower and agent to obtain all documentation for immediate loan approval with little or no conditions. Update the loan officer and the borrower on the current status and what to expect next. Monitor every step of the loan process and if necessary would problem solve any issues that arose. Manage pipeline to ensure the loan closed on time and often early. Manage tracking log shared with loan officer to insure he/she knew the current status. Keep calendar updated & contacted necessary parties to insure receipt of necessary items were delivered by the due dates and to meet closing dates. Monitor the required TRID required dates including the delivery of the CD to the borrower and locking the loan to close on time. Manage calendar to insure documents or locks did not expire. Work closely with processor to insure credit conditions were obtained right away after approval and property conditions were obtained for final approval and closing. Handle all post closing conditions. Provide the loan officer with a daily file review of all files
