Starting as a Resident Support Worker for the Extracare Charitable Trust when I was 18 Years of age, gave me the foundation to aim for my goal (to be a registered manager). I built my knowledge base and gained 5 years Valuable experience. Working towards my Goal, I joined Consummate Care UK Ltd as a Senior Care worker in the Community, again gaining experience on managing a team, I was a Care Coordinator for 1.5years, until August 2018 when I stepped into the role of Registered Manager, and improved the service that was requires improvement for 3 years to overall Good with my first inspection as the Registered Manager. I have completed my Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management. I have a genuine caring nature. I am Skilled in First Aid, Medication Administration, Home Care and Residential Care homes.
