As part of the Enterprise Talent Development & Learning team, I lead a program which seeks to provide our talent with relevant and best-in-class skill building experiences that are a catalyst for their career vitality, supports accelerated cross business unity mobility and advances Fidelity’s strategic priorities. I focus on leading enterprise wide efforts that further develop specific Diversity & Inclusion programs designed to foster stronger relationships and career development opportunities for under-represented employees. I am also developing a process to capture enterprise-wide training, improve the design and experience, create an associate communication strategy that ultimately results in a high-quality learning experience, governance and oversight that results in our associates understanding how the training activity will improve their overall skills and career development.
