ABOUT MICHELLE KELLY
Michelle is a member of several chapters of the Canadian Condominium Institute (CCI) and has served on the board of directors for the London, Golden Horseshoe and Grand River Chapters. Michelle assists condominium corporations with most of their day-to-day needs, such as the preparation of indemnity (section 98) agreements; the adoption of declaration, by-law and rule amendments; the preparation of standard units, telecommunications and leasing by-laws; attendance at owners\' and board meetings; and enforcement procedures, including liens, powers of sale/foreclosures, mediation/arbitration, and compliance orders. Michelle attended the University of Guelph, where she completed her Bachelor of Commerce degree, graduating with distinction. She also attended the University of Ottawa, Faculty of Common Law, where she graduated with honours.
