Communicate project timelines and necessary tasks/resources internally with the Facilities & Sustainability Department, as well as other departments involved and or affected by the project. Directs, coordinates, and monitors activities being completed by project teams to ensure the overall quality of work, and that boundaries, cleanliness and safety are maintained throughout campus.Prepare project reports for Director of Facilities and or CEO as needed regarding construction updates and project certifications: Living Building Challenge, LEED, SITES, WELL, etc. Oversee certification submissions including project registration, design and construction requirements are coordinated and being met, essential paperwork is being generated and provided for submission uploads, continuously monitor progress and requirements are being met in the field as well as documented properly. Work with the Director of Capital Campaigns and CFO with project estimates, budgets, schedule forecasts, progress reports, etc. related to grant funding applications and ongoing reporting requirements with approved funding sources.Point of contact with local authorities related to ongoing regulatory requirements (PADEP, ACHD, City of Pittsburgh).Work with the Facilities Coordinator organizing and monitoring all utility invoices and campus submetering related to energy use, onsite energy generated, trending performance and meeting 2030 District goals. Provide campus tours to showcase our sustainability accomplishments, ongoing performance goals, successes and lessons learned.
