Building teams, growing individuals, and connecting people is a passion I put into practice as the Client Relationship Director. Leading a team that is focused on making our clients experiences with us meaningful and impactful is rewarding. I put my teaching/coaching experiences to use as I develop my team. Designing and implementing programs for my team to grow in their knowledge and skills to be more knowledgeable and dynamic financial planners is my heart and soul. Equipping my team means we can better serve our clients and meet their needs. We reconnect with, educate and help clients who\'s representatives are no longer in the business. We are truly deliver on promises made to clients decades ago. We are there through all changes and stages of life, births, college, cars, divorces, marriages, deaths, etc. All the life events that impact financial goals we are there to advise and assist through it all.
