ABOUT MICHELLE HIGHTOWER
Hello, I am an experienced project manager. For the last 8 plus years I’ve managed projects with a wide range of budgets – from $15K to $1M. This diversity helped me develop excellent project management core competencies. I’ve been counted on to observe process and then make recommendations for improvement. I did this in my IT Solutions Lead position at LyondellBasell where my recommendation became the basis for a full-scale, multi-million dollar Transportation Management System. Establishing rapport and building strategic business relationships comes easy to me, so working in cross-functional teams is something I excel at. I’m an outstanding communicator, whether it’s writing requirements documentation or giving presentations, and I have a drive to get the detail right the first time and every time.I’ve always had a rigorously, results-driven work ethic. And that’s served me very well, but I know that I’ve had the privilege to work alongside some great directors, managers and colleagues. Also I know that, to be successful, individual achievements must happen, but they can only take me so far, and that the team’s success is my success. Thanks for taking the time to look at my LinkedIn page! My innate skills, my experiences, and my hard work have led to my current successes.
