Part of the Future State Modernization program at the LCBO.Change Management Lead for the Finance organization focusing on the successful implementation of SAP S/4HANA. Conducted a thorough Change Impact Assessment to identify key stakeholders and the cross-functional implications of the SAP rollout in Finance. Conducted a training needs analysis to inform the design of SAP Finance curriculum. Reviewed Finance business processes documents and workflows to identify changes from current state to future state and identify gaps to inform training requirements and cross-functional collaboration.Collaborated with HR and OD to assess how employees’ roles would evolve, highlighting the new skills and capabilities and the training that would enable new ways of working. Stood up a Change Network within Finance, engaged sponsors and lead monthly sessions to facilitate communication, feedback and monitor any challenges.Lead change management plan deliverables for Finance.Report on progress of the LCBO wide change plan and share weekly updates with Finance executive leadership.Collaborate with the program management office, project management team and corporate communications to meet project timelines and communicate with key stakeholders about the migration to SAP S/4HANA.
