I guided infrastructure development, tactically utilizing data, ETL, data warehouse and Sharepoint sites. Mediating with vendors and account managers, I ensured project goals would achieve financial results. ⇨ CRM Mobilization Agile project - Marketing and Sales Release: Creating and initiating new business processes in partnership with BlueWolf Consulting, we integrated Chatter and Silver Pop into SalesForce. ⇨ AMU – Automated Medical Underwriting: I standardized critical system integration maintaining operation for critical a23business processes. Managing a varied team of internal, vender, and offshore employees, I repurposed scanners to automate underwriting for improved deadlines, resulting in cost savings of $35 K.
