With a foundation in Learning & Development and a background in the insurance and claims sectors, I bring over a decade of experience helping organisations shape the way their people lead, collaborate, and deliver outcomes.My work is rooted in enabling cultural transformation—from designing and delivering leadership development programmes to conducting collaborative behavioural assessments that drive high-performing project teams.
