As a Social Impact Intern at SoLa Impact, I worked directly on community-centered initiatives focused on education, economic mobility, and workforce development in South Los Angeles. I supported the planning and execution of youth programming, facilitated workshops on career readiness and entrepreneurship, and collaborated with local partners to expand access to resources for underserved communities. My role also included conducting research on community needs, managing data to track program outcomes, and contributing to social media and outreach efforts to amplify SoLa’s mission. Additionally, I provided tech support for program infrastructure and helped organize events such as job fairs and mentorship sessions to promote long-term impact.
