I am responsible for oversight of the hospital-based grant funded oral health program, including strategic planning, implementation and evaluation, meeting IRB research requirements, and coordination of protocols and activities with Dignity Health in-patient providers, leaders, and staff and dental clinic staff, dental hygiene students, and school faculty. I am responsible for collaboration with Community Health leadership, designated hospital departments, leaders, and community partners. Additional responsibilities include expansion of the program into other departments and/or facilities and working with the hospital foundation as requested for grant funding opportunities, subject matter expertise, and reporting.
