My greatest leadership strength is turning challenges into organized, fully executed deliverables. I do this by providing clear strategic direction over business development and member service activities, and by meticulously organizing both people and processes. Throughout my career, I\'ve leveraged innovative thinking, relationship management, and project expertise to build and expand services, accelerate revenues, and escalate business development - often with limited resources or support.In my current leadership position, I develop, deliver, and promote services, events, and programs that align with target market needs. To ensure consistent member retention and ongoing attraction, my strategy involves the careful cultivation of relationships and the analysis of data.My legacy to date includes the development and oversight of new programs and services, well-organized and attended global events and consistent growth of revenue.
