Founder Project Manager @Goodridge Consulting
I work with my clients to create dynamic and unique library services for the for-profit sector. This includes overseeing a multi-million dollar budget, managing professionals across North America, creating a starting collection (books and physical items), working with architects and spatial design specialists, developing programming, coordinating game design talent to create unique offerings for the collection, developing library management systems that work with POS systems, strategic planning, and more.I also work with small library and/or archive collections in not-for-profit institutions to provide guidance on strategic planning, implementing library management systems, training staff and/or volunteers, creating policies and procedures for library and archival acquisitions and processing, and other consulting work to help move them to a more sustainable model.
