As a results-driven Global Account Manager with over 8 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, I specialize in developing deep customer relationships that drive measurable growth, profitability, and long-term retention.At the heart of my approach is a commitment to understanding each client’s unique goals, operations, and market challenges, then translating those insights into actionable strategies that deliver mutual value. I’m known for building trusted partnerships with key decision-makers, strengthening customer satisfaction through transparency, and leveraging data to inform strategic decisions at both the account and organizational level.My background is rooted in over 10 years of hands-on experience working in my family’s business. As with many small businesses, my role was dynamic! I wore many hats and learned the value of adaptability and teamwork. While my primary focus was on sales, customer satisfaction, and marketing, I also took on responsibilities in training, merchandising, procurement, event planning, and social media management.Beyond those core areas, I was never afraid to roll up my sleeves, whether that meant handling deliveries myself, cleaning, or assisting in the factory. Whatever needed to be done, I did it. That “whatever it takes” mentality still drives me today and continues to fuel my commitment to going the extra mile, supporting my team, and ensuring every customer experience is a success.
