I work throughout Montgomery, Prince George\'s, Howard and Anne Arundel County. I have been in Real Estate since 1996 and in the REO Industry since 2006. During this time I was responsible for cash for keys, evictions, trash out, utility transfers, maintaining the maintenance of vacant properties, marketing the property effectively to attract potential buyers, handling inspection issues and BPOs. I also was responsible for scheduling and managing contractors to perform specific repairs. I had direct communication with asset managers for Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and Assetlink, and title companies to ensure proper settlement. I was a Property Manager for 14 years and managed apartment buildings for privately owned and corporate managed companies. I was responsible for coordinating with contractors and employees for daily and seasonal maintenance, managing multiple employees, recommended price adjustments to compete with the market. I also staged and inspected units daily for proper appearance.Currently I am a Real Estate Professional with Long and Foster Real Estate Inc. I work with homebuyers and investors. I schedule property tours and help prospective purchasers visualize the homes potential. I negotiate offers and accompany them thru the inspections all the way to settlement. I also manage the components of the real estate transactions, preparation of listing and sales contracts, updating websites, analyzing statistics, managing feedback from cooperating agents, preparing marketing analyses and presenting offers to sellers. I also handle rentals properties and the sale of condos, townhouses and detached homes. I effectively market the listings and screen potential tenants/ purchasers for my client.
