ABOUT MICHELLE GLOECKLER

Michelle Gloeckler is an experienced EVP of Fortune 1 Walmart and 21 year Executive of The Hershey Company. She delivered consistent results by building high performance teams, being customer focused, collaborative and driving digital transformation. Currently, she serves on the BJ\'s Wholesale Club (BJ) Board and Nom/Gov Committee, The Duckhorn Portfolio (NAPA) Board where she is a member of the Audit Committee and the Nom/Gov Committee. Michelle is also a member of Holley Performance (HLLY) Board where she is Chair of Comp & Talent and Chair of Nom/Gov Committees. She is a former Board Member and Audit Committee for Benson Hill. She is in her 7th year of service on the University of Michigan Dean\'s Advisory Board.She has led scale businesses across Grocery, Beauty, Pet, Baby, Home, Paper & Chem, OTC as well as Pharmacy, Clinics and Vision Centers at Walmart. She also served as Chief Merchant for Academy Sports + Outdoors over Apparel, Footwear, Outdoor and Sports categories. She built executive relationships with Nike, Adidas, Columbia, P&G, Unilever, Kimber Clark and many more plus oversaw a $1b private brand portfolio at Academy Sports.In addition to her P&L role at Walmart reporting to the US CEO, she led the US Manufacturing Initiative and the Better Buying team- both multi-year efforts. Simultaneously she led the Walmart President\'s Global Council of Women Leaders reporting directly to Doug McMillon.She currently serves as an Advisor to VC companies in the Health & Wellness and Modern Food Tech space and has served on many non profit boards including 10 years at Network of Executive Women, 2 years as National Chair. She was named 38 on Fortune Most Powerful Women list.
