ABOUT MICHELLE G. DERRICK

I am an operations lead at DISH Network, where I manage a team of over 30 employees and oversee the management of 83 offices, installation and service of satellite TV systems. I have a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Phoenix, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with Human Resource Management. I leverage my HR skills to build a strong and cohesive team, foster a culture of innovation and collaboration, and recognize and reward the contributions of my team members. I am passionate about delivering excellent customer service and quality work, and I always seek to learn and grow from my experience. I am also a real estate agent and a loan signing agent, licensed in Georgia and New Jersey, and certified as a notary public. I help clients buy, sell, or rent properties, and facilitate the signing and notarization of loan documents. I have successfully closed multiple deals and transactions, exceeding the expectations of my clients and partners. I enjoy working with people from diverse backgrounds and needs, and I use my communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills to create win-win situations for all parties involved.
